Thanks DaveO!  The error happens a few seconds after starting the exe file for Heat Core.  No other screens pop up from the installer other than this error (attached).  I have not installed Heat Essentials previously on this PC.  Please let me know if you need any further information.

My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.  Thanks for helping me out.  Much appreciated!

Thanks for the screenshot..  From what I'm figuring out, it seems the install is not compatible with your system, because your missing some basic files on your system..   Anyhow, please check your pm's!  :)

"Setup Error-f" is related to the installer itself, it has nothing to do with NASCAR Heat or the game in any way.

I am looking into this and working on a solution of some kind.

No nothing permanent for your installer, just a work around so I can get the HeatCore game pushed down to them..  Basically your installer, does not effect every single computer.  It causes a glitch between your installer and how it runs, with only certain computers, because that certain computer does not have certain stuff on there system for it.. :)  Again it has nothing to do with the game itself.. :)

So for now anyone getting that glitch that you see in the installer for now, just shoot me a pm, and will take care of it.. This only effects a few folks. ;)

Broken in windows 10.

The hi res changer that comes with HeatCore is broken.
